Experiencia fantástica: CTPY is a community unlike others which I've been a part of. The classes leave me feeling empowered, and at ease, often with a new or different perspective than how I showed up. I've had the opportunity to meet so many like- minded people who encourage me to be my best self each day. The studio is clean and welcoming, a place I am lucky to call hOMe!

Experiencia fantástica: So the classes and the studio are excellent as it goes without saying. However due to personal reasons and because I was moving away from Stamford I wanted to cancel the membership. However I forgot to do it on time and saw I had been charged. I reached out over email and let the team know my situation seeking a refund. Within a matter of few hours, the amount was refunded. What an incredible customer experience! I will truly remember the amazing instructors(“teachers” :)) and the place fondly!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the teachers. I love the community. I love the yoga. CTPY saved me during the pandemic. I have rebuilt my 48-year-old body over the last year. No more lower back pain. My plantar fasciitis no longer bothers me. My knees are strong. My flexibility and strength are improving. While I'm no monk, my mindfulness carries me farther through the day.
