Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend the Core Principals program. I had aches and pains stemming from years of sitting at a desk that were starting to impact my ability to walk - my body just felt old. Since committing to the Core Principals program last fall for two days per week, I have built strength, I am walking with no pain and feel much better in general. Core Principals sessions consist of carefully planned exercises that focus on building strength in clients who are over 50 years old. Classes are welcoming, clients are closely supervised to ensure exercises are done safely and for the most effective results, and alternatives are offered based on individual client needs. The Core Principals team, including Haylin, Pat and Emily are not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind individuals who care about their clients' well being. Give it a try - you will feel better!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Core Principles to start moving again. I have been attending the group training session twice a week for about the last month. At each session Pat, our trainer , is there to guide us through exercises and make recommendations for next steps. Everyone has their own individual program and works at their own pace. I feel very comfortable and relaxed here. Starting to exercise again has been good for me. I have more energy and some of my aches and pains have improved. Anyone who wants to try a small gym with personal attention should check out Core Principals. Haylin and Pat will be happy to explain the program to you. I’m happy I came in and gave it a try. ????

Experiencia fantástica: After spending the last six months trying to stick to an at home exercise routine and finding that my drive to stick with it was waning, I made the decision to join Core Principles and I am so glad I did! After just a little over a month at CP, working out twice a week, I am feeling healthier, more energetic, feeling more toned and strong. Classes are fun, and the crew at CP are professional and encouraging. Such a positive experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a newbie at CP, just 7 sessions or so and I am confident I'm on the right track to getting my 63 yr old achy & out of shape body back on line. I'm fairly active, play golf, ski, hike, enjoy working on my lawn & landscape at home. I can already feel the additional stability i have with my back, hips, arms & legs! The plan is to also lose weight, so with feeling better after activity I'm more apt to put in the sustained effort and be positive about it all! Really pleased I made the 1st move at Core.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been thinking about starting to exercise and I'm very glad I started with Core Principles. Sitting around and working at a desk all day is just not healthy. Core provides a low-key and comfortable environment to get a great work-out. After just a few weeks I already feel better physically - in terms of strength and endurance. Making the decision to start is the only hard part. Once you get started, it is well worth it. Try Core Principles.
