I love that the gym is a family gym and kids are actually treated nicely and not like they are in the way or an inconvenience. Best personal training I have ever had and the strongest I have ever been as a result.

Experiencia fantástica: During Thanksgiving break coming down from Ohio, I wanted to find a gym to continue to workout at and I am so glad to come across this gym. I met the owner Mitch and he was an awesome guy and very knowledgeable. He allowed me to use the speakers in the gym when I was working out which was a blast! He has awesome equipment to use and he was very dedicated and passionate about his gym and helping people out. I also love the graffiti art styles on the walls and the decorations to spice up the gym. Another awesome thing about his gym is the fact that its open 24/7! I definitely recommend new comers or gym enthusiasts to come check this gym out. Anytime I come back to North Carolina for the holidays, I am definitely coming back to this gym.

The owners are a sweet couple who work together to personally train as well, and they cater to your personal needs.
