And as much as I hate working out, they do their best to make it enjoyable while remaining informative. The location itself also has great parking 90% of the time.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely LOVE working out with Jen! She is very professional and has tons of knowledge about diet and exercise. I enjoy the one on one training with her! I’m always looking forward to my sessions with Stronger Body. The workouts are 30 mins each, but you do so much within the 30 minute sessions-I actually have fun coming here. I feel like I got an hour in at least. It was my first time ever using a personal trainer and I would never want to switch anywhere else. I hit the jackpot finding this gem. I’m very lucky to have it so close to home.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never been a “gym person”. I enjoy doing a walk/ run outside to stay in shape and relieve stress. I needed to incorporate strength training into my exercise plan & I am so happy I did. I’ve been a client of Stronger Body Group Fitness for 6 months now and I have improved my split pace when I run & I am medium where I was once large. They are so incredibly patient and encouraging. Age is truly just a number . They have many convenient small group classes throughout the day. I highly recommend giving Stronger Body Fitness a try! You won’t be disappointed.
