Experiencia fantástica: I played sports my entire life, but after it all ended, I always found it challenging to enjoy working out. F45 has recreated that team environment for me. The small class sizes are perfect, the fact that it’s only 45 minutes of my day, for someone with a busy schedule like mine, you can’t beat it. I felt like I belonged there since the first day I walked through the door. The coaches are awesome and so welcoming, the workout variety keeps it interesting, and the class times offered are perfect for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Over the past two years my work life has shifted from being in an office/team environment to WFH 100% of the time. With that I lost a lot of community and social interaction that I had with co-workers. This included running and working out. In August of 2021 I took my first F45 class and have not looked back since. The trainers here promote a great social atmosphere. They are friendly, care and most importantly... know what they are talking about. They also take time to understand what goals you are focusing on and incorporate that into the work you are doing. This healthy social atmosphere I believe then funnels out into the way members act towards each other too. The workouts are great. You have an idea going in if the workout will be Cardio/HIIT or Strength (upper body/lower body/combo) based on the calendar they provide. What I love though is that every workout is different because of the utilization of different equipment such as: free weights, kettle bells, sandbags, medicine balls and others. This keeps your mental and physical muscles always working and learning. No matter where your fitness currently stands I would recommend giving F45 a try.

Experiencia fantástica: The workouts are great, everyone that works and goes there are super nice. I recommend this gym to everyone that I run into that hates regular gyms or working out alone.

I'm so happy I started going here. F45 is my Happy place. Definitely a 5 star experience every time I walk in the door.

Experiencia fantástica: F45 Sparta is more then just a gym! From the minute you walk through the door till the time you leave you feel welcomed. The coaches are welcoming, caring, warm, motivating, supportive and there to help you achieve your goals. There is no judgment. The gym is always clean. The members are friendly and always coming back for more. Team Sparta has pushed me in ways i have never been before and I can’t thank them enough.
