Experiencia fantástica: I have been doing Pilates at IM=X Pilates Studio in Sparks for over a year and absolutely love it! Instructors are extremely knowledgeable, provides clear instruction and will give you extra care when needed to ensure you are doing all the moves properly. My core has never been stronger and my energy level has increased! Kati the owner is amazing and every instructor are equally amazing. They are all down to earth and make every class fun and challenging in the most perfect way!
Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I love this studio. We go 3 times a week and love the instructors. Each has there our routines that work different parts of our body. The instructors are also very patient when we are not sure of how to do the exercise.
