Experiencia fantástica: I met Jeff several years ago when i was trying to find a crossfit gym that gave extra attention to those new to working out and lifting weights. Since then, I've worked with multiple coaches, and I can truly say that Coach Jeff is one of the best out there. I feel so lucky that I had found him! He is a very knowledgeable and an encouraging coach. He focuses on creating a strong sense of community and teaching proper form, while also pushing each of us to be our best. Definitely try this gym out! I promise that if you continue with it for a few weeks, you will really see what a gem of a gym it is!

Experiencia fantástica: I was passing through town and stopped in for a workout. It’s a small gym but coaches were great, got my first muscle up, and the WOD was fun. If you’re in the area, it’s a must to checkout.
