Collective MVMT

Experiencia fantástica: This past weekend I took a slow burn class with Julia, and while this was not my first Pilates class it was my first time at this studio. It was challenging for me (and I’m sure she could tell lol) but Julia was very welcoming, gave great instruction, and was incredibly helpful. I will most certainly be back for another class!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love the friendly environment of this studio. I have been a member for about 1.5 years and after 417 classes it still gives me motivation and a challenge. I love all the instructors and different types of classes. Favorite class for me is the Abs and Arms on the mega reformer. I take both spin and Pilates and no class ever disappoints me!! You are always greeted by your name when you walk in and the studio has a true community feel.

Experiencia fantástica: Skeptical at first, I took my first Collective MVMT class as a challenge from my family. After years of weightlifting and CrossFit I quickly discovered a very high intense yet low impact way to move my body to both gain muscle and burn calories. 82 classes in now, I can't say enough about the atmosphere, instructors, and programming. I love moving on the megaformer and the spin classes are intense and motivating. Although, moving on the megaformer can be intimidating at first, the instructors are more than helpful with modifications and insuring you're safely moving.

Experiencia fantástica: Can't say enough great things about COLLECTIVE MVMT. I have felt welcomed, challenged, and motivated in the last 40 days in every class I've taken! The spirit and vibe of this MVMT is unmatched. Best studio in Southlake!
