Experiencia fantástica: Class was awesome! Our instructor did a great introducing us to the class. His high energy makes you excited about the class even though you are working your butts off. Everyone was so welcoming, judgment free zone!

Experiencia fantástica: Love Total Fitness! I have been a member for quite a while.Always a varied workout (each trainer has their own style & method) for total body. Good music that makes the workout go by faster and the people are friendly. Can’t get much better than this!

Experiencia fantástica: As someone with physical limitations due to a health condition, I was hesitant about joining a class that could highlight my deficiencies. I’m glad that I was able to get out of my own way because this place welcomed me with open arms! Mike helped me with my gloves and punching positions, then Ally guided the entire class through a high impact workout that worked every inch of the body. They didn’t highlight my shortcomings when I had to do alternative movements to accommodate my abilities, but they celebrated me and that made me try harder. I felt I was in a safe space and the more I moved, the better I felt. I’m definitely looking forward to my next class!! I truly believe, there’s something at TFK for everyone if they can just get out of their own way.
