Experiencia fantástica: I have worked with Von off and on since my youngest (now 12 in 2019) was a baby. In addition to being on top of the latest research on fitness and nutrition he is so creative in helping with individual needs and working with what you have to set you up for success. I couldn’t get to a gym easily with an older child with special needs and he helped me find ways to exercise with my children (we ALL benefitted!) He really understands that building relationships matter when trying to make a healthier you. Highly recommend this guy!

Experiencia fantástica: Von is extremely diligent and attentive to meticulous details. He truly cares about getting to the root of the problem and will do extensive testing to see how your body moves so he can give the best feedback. He measures everything to evaluate posture and areas that may not be in the best alignment in order to give you techniques on how to improve posture/alignment issues. He explains every detail of why he’s doing what he’s doing and keeps good record of it. He has a calm and honest demeanor that lets you know that he truly wants you to get out of pain and/or reach your fitness goals!

Experiencia fantástica: Von is a guy that changed my perspective on getting in shape. He tries to understand your body and fitness level to give you a solid personal program to approach your goals. Also he's honest and won't tell you that you can get a six pack in a day, sometimes brutally so. As a person he is very kind and doesn't have an overwhelming or authoritive tone that a lot of trainers seem to have.

Experiencia fantástica: I struggled with my fitness goals for years, and Von has helped me finally make progress. I met Von by pure chance, but when I came in for the assessment I was blown away. He listened attentively to my goals and helped explain exactly how he would approach everything, then took it at a pace I feel good about. Best of all: he explains exactly why we're doing everything we do. I've already added muscle and lost weight. Thank you Von!
