Experiencia fantástica: What a great vibe and great cycle class!!
Experiencia fantástica: Trying a new gym always makes me a little nervous. Will it be a clique? Will I be able to keep up? Will I be able to figure out the bike? Eek! As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed with a smile, given a tour, and shown how the bikes work. The vibe is amazing, much camaraderie. The instructor was Kristel and she was AWESOME. I'm decently uncoordinated and really appreciated her counting, pointing, and general instructions that she kept up throughout the session. The energy level in the room never dropped, despite how hard everyone was working, that's a sign of a great class!
