Experiencia fantástica: Started my exercise journey with the circuit training equipment which provides a 30-minute self-regulated workout--keeps my metabolism active and safely engages muscles as I've gotten older. I also have the option to warm up using the elliptical or bicycle trainer, to do floor stretches, and try other equipment with expert guidance from Liccet or Anthony. The "stretching" equipment is my favorite piece at the end of every session!! There is NO intimidation in this gym--and you can't find a more flexible program or a better all-around workout for the price!!
