Experiencia fantástica: F45 Solon is fantastic and has changed my life. Since starting F45 in July, I have gained so much. My strength and endurance continues to grow with every workout and I’ve gained so much confidence as I have watched my body starting to transform to one I used to recognize before my kids. The coaches are all fantastic. They bring a great energy to every class and help push you to maximize your workout. No class is ever easy (which is a good thing) and I leave knowing I got a great workout in. Would 1000% recommend F45 for anyone looking for a great place to workout.
