Experiencia fantástica: Coach Steven rocks! He put together a couple programs for me which really helped my surfing and movement in general. Was great to work with remotely (I don't live in San Diego) and really helped with form or modifying exercises as needed too. The workouts were the right balance of being challenging yet enjoyable to do. Definitely going to work with him again in the future.

Love him so much had many trainers previously but he is the best of the best - he helped me get back into surf shape; even saved me from getting my knee replaced w/ his personalized workout programs tailored around my needs & physical limitations. He’s so fabulous knows exactly how hard to push & when to back off. Always feel wonderful & in a better mood after I leave his exercise studio.

I attend three small group classes a week, which Steven keeps fresh and challenging. The studio is right-sized for personal training and small groups, and has a variety of well-maintained equipment.
