Once you see the welcoming community of people you can see why GFX is so transformational.

Experiencia fantástica: You’ve got to try GFX!! Get ready for a unique boutique workout studio with top of the line equipment, great music and even better vibes. The atmosphere is inviting and inclusive for all fitness levels. The instructors Scott and Kimberly are so knowledgeable and motivating. Beware you will be sore after class and addicted to the madness!

Experiencia fantástica: GFX would get 10/10 stars if that was an option! Challenging, fun, dynamic workouts every time! Scott and Kimberly are fantastic trainers able to curtail the workout to your needs and skill level. I’m in the best shape of my life and still bettering myself! Do yourself a favor and try GFX!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been working out at GFX for about a month now and it's been a blast. I like it because I've never been a Crossfit kinda guy (too afraid of hurting myself), but the folks at GFX have developed a program that's help me to push my limits but also have fun at the same time. Scott definitely knows how to build an excellent workout regime and Kimberly always pushes me to my limits --something I really appreciate. Additionally, the other members at the gym are super friendly and their energies are fun to feed off of. Overall, I'm hooked and I will be there a lot.
