GOLO Boxing: Gloves on, Lights out.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could rate GOLO a 6/5, I would! The community within and surrounding GOLO is very welcoming, motivating, and overall enjoyable. The gym owner, Austin, is an amazing instructor, trainer, and person. His presence in the gym is very uplifting and I appreciate the intention and consideration he puts towards his workouts/sessions. On top of facilitating a variety of challenging and purposeful classes, I'm impressed that the workouts the GOLO team instructs are intentionally incorporated based on the science behind building a healthy and sustainable physique. I have been looking for a gym that not only provides intense practices, but educates me on the proper techniques and forms for boxing/working out, and GOLO provides it all! My experiences working out at this gym have been nothing less than amazing. The establishment is clean, their staff is friendly, and the teardrop bags are personally one of my favorite features! If you're looking for a place to grow your physical health and find a motivating+uplifting community, GOLO is the place!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve never had so much fun doing cardio before! Cardio has always been something I dread but GOLO has made me look forward to it! Their classes consists of boxing with a mix of HIIT training with great music, helpful coaches, and just amazing vibes all in all! They even offer 1 on 1 personal training if you want to take your training whether it be in strength training or boxing to the next level. 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a neighbor of Golo Boxing and let me just tell you….as an owner of a non profit….the nicest guy/instructor and business ever. Total Community supporter and all around great trainer. Fun classes, great music (not gonna lie….hear it thru our thin walls)….and lots of options. Its an amazing space to hold events too. Please work out there…and if you have kids….put them in our theater at the same time Bonus points!

Experiencia fantástica: GOLO makes working out fun and something to look forward to during the day. The instructors are amazing - each with their own flare! The variations in class types makes it so that there is something for everyone (boxing, circuit training, etc.). Everyone is so friendly and there is such a strong sense of community!
