Experiencia fantástica: I'm not a customer of Milagros, but I'm compelled to write a five-star review. My wife has been going to Milagros for the last several months. She turned 50 this year, and due to her experience at Milagros she is in the best shape of her life! She has always been fit, through running, cycling and other aerobic activities. But, she was never really happy with the results of her efforts. She always hated the gym, and really tried to avoid it. Given the big birthday she decided to give personal training a try. She definitely had some failed first attempts. But, she finally found the right trainer and facility when she chose Milagros. Her trainer worked with her on specific goals, and she has exceeded all of them. He took the time to really understand what she wanted and crafted a program that delivers. She works hard, but loves going. Anytime someone becomes fitter, stronger, more flexible, more energetic and happier, the partner is bound to reap the benefits! Thanks to the great folks at Milagros Personal Training Center!

Experiencia fantástica: Milagros is the place! My fitness goal was to lose weight, which started 10 years ago! I tried everything from going to a public gym, trying group fitness classes and even joining a walking club. Nothing worked, so my wife got me a gift certificate to start with my trainer James at Milagros… It’s been 2 years and I’ve lost 27 pounds! I’m 57, and I now weigh the same as I did when I was 30, and my body has muscle tone. James holds me accountable to my 3 days a week, and he has me on a food plan that works! All the trainers at Milagros are really encouraging, and you can tell the owner takes pride in the facility, since it’s always immaculate! If you’re looking for real professional trainers that know how to achieve your fitness goals, Milagros is the place!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been personally trained by 6 different trainers in the 30 years I’ve been working out. They all have been at health clubs/gyms with members working out at the same time. So, I never knew personal training could be so focused and rewarding at Milagros! I can honestly say I get almost twice as much work done in the hour at this facility because there’s no waiting for equipment or distractions! It’s always clean, and the other trainers and clients are like a big happy family! I highly recommend it!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been working out at Milagros since 2015 and it has changed my life! The trainers are all well educated, accredited, and very professional. I love that there’s no initiation or membership fees. You get discounted rates when you buy a package and they are fairly priced. I also come in the morning before work and love their shower facility. It’s so clean!!
