Experiencia fantástica: The best gym I've ever belonged to. The standard classes are great. The coaching staff will help you adapt any movements to your level and any injury/limitations. Very non judgemental, the coaches are really invested in helping you meet your fitness goals. They do a lot of fun extra things, hikes, beach workouts, brewery meet ups, and specialized classes for things like strength, breathing, pelvic floor, mobility. Their semi-personal training are affordable and awesome for getting personalized attention to help you meet your goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I take pride in being strong and capable. Before I joined Fitwall I thought I had it figured out. Fitwall has shown me what a complete workout program looks like. My core is much stronger and capable of handling a lot more movement patterns. That used to be my weak point. Now it is STRONG!! This workout program works!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm 36 years old, have had 3 surgeries (shoulder twice, and a knee) and I can still safely workout hard at Fitwall. Every day is a different workout during the week, and the workouts repeat for three weeks so I'm able to adjust around my old injuries and make sure the workout is appropriate for me. The classes are small, and it's not just another circuit class like orange theory or f45, instead I get real attention from the coaches.

The smaller class sizes really allow the coaches to focus more on you individually, to help you improve in your form and push you to grow stronger. I have felt and seen the changes these workouts do to my body. Fitwall has drastically improved my strength and endurance quicker than any other workout I've tried! Highly recommend trying it out!
