Experiencia fantástica: I can not say enough about Hardcore Kickboxing. It has been a game changer for me, awesome place to work out! Shaun is professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. The facility is clean and comfortable. The workout is challenging and always changing! When I first started I could barely make it through 30 minutes. My cardiovascular endurance has improved significantly, my arm and leg tone has increased too . It is a worthwhile challenge and you learn and improve self defense while working out! Experiencia fantástica: Hardcore kickboxing is an experience that beats any other gym. Being a mom of 2 small children, i needed a flexible class schedule and too see instant results. After my first class, i knew i was done with La fitness. These classes are fun, intense, personalized with added self defense techniques and targets abdomen strength. I highly recommend this place ????

Experiencia fantástica: A great place to work out! Shaun is an excellent instructor and motivates members of all ages to get in challenging workouts. The gym is always extremely clean and there is plenty of space to socially distance. He offers several different group classes, as well as personal training.

Experiencia fantástica: I hardly ever leave google reviews but I had to because this place is GREAT. I’m so happy that I found hardcore kickboxing, it’s not only a great physical workout but very beneficial for your mental health as well. The instructor Shaun is very passionate about what he does. The gym is very clean and spacious. You get a full hour of individual head to toe workout within a group setting. All exercises can be modified if need be and you can go at your own pace. Hardcore kickboxing offers a very friendly and welcoming environment. It’s definitely more than worth the 30 min drive for me.
