Experiencia fantástica: I have been attending boot camp and zumba at Balance Fitness in Smyrna since August, 2013. I am well past the age to be considered a "senior" and I have never felt more welcome than at Balance Fitness. I have been a member of many health clubs over the years and have always quit before the contract was up because I never felt as if I belonged there. At Balance Fitness, everyone belongs. The personal trainers, Abe and Eric, are extremely knowledgeable about how our bodies work and what is good or bad for them. They are continually reseasrching new workouts for us to make us better. At bootcamp, most of the ladies are a lot younger than I am, but our trainer, Abe, will modify any exercise to fit the person. I have had the best experience ever since I joined Balance Fitness and I would highly recommend that all of your Moms and Grandmoms out there consider coming in and giving it a try. You will never know what you are capable of until you try it. Believe me, I am a prime example of that! Starting in March there will be a new class of yoga and pilates. I can hardly wait to try that. Balance Fitness in Smyrna is definitely a 5 star studio. Come on in and get healthy while you meet some great people and have a good time (and push your body pretty much to its limits, but never past it).

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Boot Camp classes at Balance for almost a year now and I just love it. The trainer, Abe, is tough but motivating and I've seen excellent results so far. So happy to have found this gym, never thought it was possible to love boot camp classes so much!
