Finao Fit

Experiencia fantástica: Finao needs to be the standard blueprint that every gym should learn from and operate as such. I am from Miami, I have attended every group fitness class, visited various gyms (both in MIA and ATL), I have done private and group classes, I have an athletic background, and I'm passionate about quality body movement - I have never attended a group class and truly felt properly and accurately coached until attending Finao's classes with Kyle and DJ. From form check, proper warm up's, activation, and overall format of the class I felt properly trained not just tired from doing the most in a short period of time. The gym is beautiful, layout is accessible, does not feel overwhelming or like people are crowding areas, equipment is plentiful/clean, and the music is everything. The energy within the gym is inspiring, and the coaches, nutrition staff and team have created an intentional healthy positive environment. As fresh meat on the block I was not intimidated or felt out of place. WARNING: If you go to Finao all other gyms that you attend will be a disappointment.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best training facilities for health and fitness . The atmosphere here is lit, every individual has “the eye of the tiger” . it’s a great place to train mind and body .The owner / staff and trainers are passionate in what they do and it shows that they try bring the best of every individual.
