Experiencia fantástica: I felt the warm welcome and professionalism when I inquired about membership. The staff took me around. I was impressed how clean the facility was and is. I also was able to meet with a trainer and get some one on one tips on how to strengthen my back and core. He explained the equipment and watched me use it correctly. The aqua aerobics was invigorating.
