Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym! Visiting from Minnesota. The gym members treated me like I’ve been a member for years! Definitely recommend going here if you get the chance! Julie Jean, the owner, is a rock star! The workout killed me, but left a smile on my face.

Experiencia fantástica: I am amazed by how welcoming everyone was when I came to my first class with CrossFit FYR. They were all right there pushing me and making my initial fears and nervousness go away within minutes of walking in the front door. As we were running as part of the workout, every single person told me good job and keep up the good work. I can not say enough positive things about this place. They also have killer workouts, while offering modifications if needed. If you are looking for a crossfit place to go, I would most definitely recommend this place....100%
