CrossFit^® Viable

Experiencia fantástica: I Love CrossFit Viable! It is such a family atmosphere- they are so welcoming, supportive, and inclusive! Ben, the owner, makes sure to teach you proper form and works with you until you’re comfortable. I was VERY intimidated to try CrossFit and he made me realize anyone can do it! :)

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best gyms I’ve been to! Definitely high level athletes alongside the less...superhuman among us (me) =). Just out for drop-in but Benji took the time to coach us extremely well through lifts while acknowledging previous experience. He’s super accommodating and the rest of the gym is incredibly positive and supportive!

Experiencia fantástica: Viable has been my favorite gym and like others have said, the friendly atmosphere makes it like a big family. Some amazing athletes train here and are always willing to help you out. The coaches are very knowledgable and have great personalities making it so much easier to learn.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I stepped into this gym, I knew I wanted to be here. Ben and all the coaches are very welcoming and helpful, whether you're a seasoned CrossFit athlete or are just starting out. A fair warning: it does get warm inside! Thankfully they have a couple of industrial fans in there, but be prepared to sweat (this is CrossFit after all). I seriously love it here and I'm very glad I've made this place my gym home.
