Experiencia fantástica: Amazing gym! So much to offer and such a variety of classes. Strength training, kickboxing, spin(as well as spin mixed classes, like spin/kick or spin/chaos), yoga, dance. Add to it that every instructor has the freedom to run their own class which ensures you’ll likely never have the same class whenever you go. Love this place!!

Experiencia fantástica: Arena Fit is the VERY BEST gym I've ever been to! The instructors are fantastic, energetic, engaging, encouraging and you will never regret going to a class. Kickboxing, strength training, spinning, yoga, nutrition guidance...AF has something for everybody at any level of fitness. All staff and members are welcoming and non judgmental. Specials on memberships are awesome and run frequently! See you there...sincerely, a very happy member!

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who recently moved to Sioux Falls, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join Arena Fit. I found this gym to be extremely welcoming—it has been a great way to make friends and expand my social network. The trainers are extremely nice and take an interest in you no matter what level of fitness you’re at. The workouts are hard, yet accommodating for those less experienced. The facilities are in top notch condition and are always extremely clean. Overall, I am glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined Arena Fit. I would recommend it to anyone!

This place has given me more than a healthy lifestyle. It has given me encouraging friends, a stronger mind, and a place to leave it all on the mat to be a better person for my family.

Experiencia fantástica: Arena Fit is so much more then a gym, it's a family. I look forward to seeing everyone each time I go. I love how I feel after I leave. I get kickboxing, spin, upper and lower body strength days and yoga. The classes are always a little different, so you never get bored. I have found my gym for life.
