Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best martial arts gym in the area. They do a great job making sure everyone feels welcome and there are a good number of women who train in every disciple! Safety and communication are a top priority here. The training prepares you for actually competing or fighting (and being successful in those endeavors). If that is not your goal there are plenty of people who come to class for recreation or fitness!
