Experiencia fantástica: Love this place and the people!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best boxes I’ve been to! I’m usually a bit intimidated going to a new gym for the first time but all the coaches and regular folks here are so, so welcoming. I felt like part of the crew after 1 visit! Workouts are challenging but easy to scale to your level. Definitely helped me stay fit as a new Dad. Shout out to Kim who took the time to give me personal feedback, areas of improvement and some great advice to help with my lifts and technique. And for pushing me a bit outside my comfort zone. I’ll be coming back whenever I’m in town :)
