Experiencia fantástica: My daughter is 9 and she loves CrossFit Souls. She has a lot of energy and this helps her release some of that energy. She loves the instructors, as do I and the other kiddos that go! They teach each kid and the kids have fun!!! This is also great, if your child is in sports. Great strengthening and conditioning for your sports player!!!
