Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member of CrossFit Harrisonburg for over 10 years and while the “CrossFit” brand has has a number of evolutions, CFH has consistently offered programming that keeps you fit and strong while creating a place of community. My ability and desire to do “RX” workouts has shifted over time so the coaches help create modifications or alternatives that work for me. I would highly recommend CFH to anyone searching for a supportive community to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for a class - Caroline was super friendly and made me feel at home instantly! She was able to modify the workout to support my temporary disability. Checked on form and coached like a pro! The facility was clean and organized - a WONDERFUL place to work out!

Experiencia fantástica: At first I was hesitant due to the sticker price. Only after joining did I fully understand that I got what I paid for and then some. All coaches are highly trained, personable, and offer a level of personal attention typically seen in hiring a personal trainer. CrossFit Harrisonburg caters to a wide spectrum of skill levels and has detailed programing to match. If you are like me, a working professional who does not have the time to plan a comprehensive training schedule look no further. The sense of community and teamwork are unlike anything I have experienced at a place of fitness since my time in the U.S Army.
