Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in here while visiting family for the holidays and the coach was super nice! Very helpful :)
Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I had the pleasure of joining this amazing gym for the 3 months we spent in Shelby. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and will help you with proper technique and progressions as needed. My fitness increased hugely through their very well structured workouts. All my lifts saw a good increase in weight. They have specific Olympic lifting and endurance classes which are a nice addition. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Shelby!
