Experiencia fantástica: My friend took me to f45 and it was very fun and exciting . The staff and trainers were conscious of it being my first time so they were extra helpful and attentive. Our trainer was Sam and he was motivating throughout the whole class. The workouts are definitely challenge but it’s over before you know it and you then you feel accomplished

I immediately felt welcomed! Ben has gone above and beyond to listen to me and support me during my workouts. He knows how to modify from a previous injury but also pushes me to work my hardest. It's the most intense and rewarding 45 minutes of my day! I highly recommend F45 to anyone looking for a great workout experience.. whether you are new or familiar with training, you won't be disappointed!
