BioFit Performance

Experiencia fantástica: Although I used their facilities for a maximum of two weeks, I had a tremendously encouraging time and workout with the BioFit trainers. From what I experienced, their facilities is based around the BioFit lifestyle, which is one I would love to continue to be with; however, it hurts my back pocket too much to stay. I would recommend this to any one at any age or ability. BioFit is a great facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined a little over 100 days ago and can't say enough good things about BioFit and the team there. I was never a "gym" person, instead just rode a Peloton bike 4-5 days a week for convenience. Realizing I needed a change, I joined BioFit and have now taken over 60 classes in just over 100 days. The trainers are motivational, helpful and really are there to support you. I've seen a change in both my body as well as my confidence. The progress i've made in such a short time is amazing. I actually look forward to going to the gym everyday now.

Experiencia positiva: I paid for the two week trial. I really liked the classes I did take, the coaches were great and the facility was really nice. However, I was unable to find open classes. I work and have 3 kids and my schedule is super dynamic. Same day or next day classes are hard to get into and are primarily how I would need to book classes. If you can commit a few days/week in advanced or set a routine this won't be an issue for you, but I was not able to get in more than 3 classes in my two weeks due to my schedule constraints and when classes were open.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love BioFit! My workout routine needed a jolt and BioFit has given me that jolt and then some. The conditioning, strength, and durability classes are AWESOME. Classes are small and no two workouts are ever alike which keeps me motivated. The coaches are all MAGNIFICENT!!!!! The coaches and staff address you by name which just adds to the personal, family feel. I'm so glad I found BioFit.
