Experiencia fantástica: In a nut shell, this is the gym I didn't know I need. the long version: At first, I was looking for a place to practice Yoga but Inspired Fitness offers WAYYY more than that. When I took a tour of the gym, it was impressive. Clean, spacious, has specialized equipment for different classes. overall, it makes me want to come back. At the time when I became a member, i lost my strength and discipline in a year when everything was shut down. The instructors at each class are motivating and encouraging. I also have a personal trainer, Anna, who would push me to do my best in each session. i've had personal trainers before but Anna is at another level. The owner, Jenn, would acknowledged each person by names, this create a sense of community and support. Feeling belonged to a community, regardless of its size, is a HUGE motivation for me to take care of myself everyday. this is a no frills, no BS type of gym. if you are serious about working out, please do yourself a favor and check it out.

Experiencia fantástica: Since joining Inspired Fitness two years ago, I've gotten into the best shape of my life. I've developed a regular yoga practice with Jenn and Gena, transformed my diet with the help of dietician Brenna, and have gained strength and better posture with Pilates instructor Leila. Their expansion into remote instruction during the pandemic has been seamless. Inspired Fitness is a true health club.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to many gym and Inspired Fitness ranks high on my list. To start the gym is clean. Second the trainers understand commitment to fitness and get what it take to get fit. Third the equipment is high end and working in tip top condition. Overall I give the gym 5 stars!!!
