Experiencia fantástica: This place is truly a gem and one of a kind. I adore the variety of classes and I always get an excellent workout. Not only do I feel strong and fit after attending for the last 2 months, I feel connected to the community that makes HPS a truly sacred space. Chrissi, Arielle, and Sam are all fantastic humans and incredible instructors. I love this studio and my only regret is that I didn't join sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: Came in for an 8:15am Vinyasa Soul Sweat class- what an amazing way to start my Sunday. The instructor was as wonderful and it was so enjoyable (even the challenging parts)! Will definitely be back again

Experiencia fantástica: Hot Pilates Secret is the most special place. As a new mom/ self employed person I’m constantly ‘busy’, at times anxiously moving through life. I have been consistently going to class 2-3x per week for the past few months and it has changed my LIFE. Not to be dramatic… I feel stronger in my body and mind than I have in years … I never and I mean never have looked forward to a work out like I look forward to coming here. Class is my safe haven. I feel comfortable but also push myself to my limits at the same time. It’s dark and intense. The music is always on point and the vibe is always just right ! The teachers are awesome, down to earth, and amazing. They coach you through the class just enough to keep you going but not too much where you feel defeated if you can’t keep up. It’s a place and time that’s ‘ just for me ‘ when I go. I love that and I LOVE HPS.. it’s like a soul cleanse every damn time !

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to this studio for just under a year and I love it. I’ve committed myself to going 6 days/ week! The prices/packages are super reasonable and definitely worth going! The girls are literal angels!! I highly recommend trying this studio out and potentially making it your second home! The classes are different combinations of hot strength, hot Pilates, body weight burn, vinyasa & more. The classes are always so amazing, challenging and effective! I always leave feeling better and stronger than ever. The best kind of energy! Super clean, organized and calming environment! Trust me, you’ll thank me later. (10/10)

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to HPS in April and can say every time I go to class is a good day. This was my first time ever taking a work out class in a hot room and my first Pilates/yoga class and I can honestly say they are my favorite classes to take. I have noticed such a difference in my mood and body coming to classes weekly and I get so many compliments on how I look since coming! It’s definitely worth every penny coming to classes here, I wish I would’ve started sooner!!
