CrossFit^® North Scottsdale

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic gym, coaching and community! I've been doing CrossFit for about 6 years and have been a member at multiple gyms on the West Coast and Midwest. After moving to Scottsdale, I was grateful and relieved to find a place like CFNS. The programming is on point and balances the right amounts of strength and cardio. Class sizes (at 4pm) tend to range between 4-8. The coaching is fantastic, and I've achieved more PRs in the few months I've been here than previously at other gyms. They heavily index on right-sizing the workout to your current ability such that you can also push a little more to achieve any personal goals you might have. My wife also recently joined and is new to CrossFit. The fact that she's been able to on-board with lifting mechanics during regular classes is evidence of the coaching staff's ability to manage both experienced and new folks during the hour. It's usually unnerving joining a new gym, but the community at CFNS is an open and welcoming one. Highly recommend for CF veterans and new folks alike.

Experiencia fantástica: Truly excellent CrossFit gym! I love the format of the classes--there is always time spent on proper form, warm up, and stretching before the WODs. And all of the instructors are really good at critiquing your form and determining the best weight load to keep you safe but still push your limits. The facility is big with high ceilings and huge garage doors with plenty of rig space and equipment. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in CrossFit.
