Experiencia fantástica: I have been an annual member of Perfect Union for the last two years, prior to that I had a monthly membership from time to time. I love this gym. I found it after Active closed & I healed from an ankle tendon repair. What I enjoy about Perfect Union is the support on the journey. Jennifer and her staff work with you to create a plan for your goal. I meet with Jennifer monthly to check in on these goals. My goal is to build muscle to assist with running events next half in May, and my soccer games. Jennifer has a nutrition certification and works with me on my nutrition and how to hit my macros. I am fitter than I have ever been. I love the variety of the classes on the schedule & the open gym times. I attend most of the zone workout classes, pilates, and core-training. When I do open gym, with Tyler, he suggest exercises to do to focus on the muscle groups I am targeting for that session. They also have plans if you want a guide for the muscles to train each session.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Perfect union for the past 10 months. This is not just a fitness center but a community too. The prefect union family is so welcoming and friendly that you won’t feel left out or alone. When I first joined I felt the monthly fee was expensive but now I realize that with the kind of support that I am getting It’s worth every penny ( I paid $30 at my previous ????). Jenifer, Darci , Terra , Tyler and Caitlyn are so passionate about everyone’s goal and that’s one reason that pushes me. I love that it provide us with nutritional support and monthly checkin for our goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Perfect Union! I'm so glad I found this studio. Jennifer is an amazing coach, trainer & mentor. All of the other coaches/trainers are equally as awesome! Perfect Union offers a variety of classes which are all fun & challenging! I've also done personal training with Jennifer and really enjoyed it. She focuses on the fundamentals and makes sure you are training smart and safely! Overall, Perfect Union is a wonderful place full of positive, motivating & lovely people. Give it a try!

Experiencia fantástica: I came here 9 months into the pandemic after gaining 20 lbs in that time. I hadn't been physically active in over 10 years so I was experiencing chronic fatigue and increased aches and pains. Honestly, I was scared to start but the owner, Jennifer, listened to my concerns and made a plan to ease me back into physical fitness and helped me figure out nutrition goals based on my personal situation. To say this place has been life-changing has been an understatement. ONLY 4 MONTHS later, I am in the best shape of my life. I have so much more energy, and I have enthusiasm about fitness that I never dreamed I'd have. Jennifer is so positive and encouraging! Her energy rubs off on me every time I'm there so I can really give it my all. Her energy can really be addicting! I just feel so much more able to tackle anything after spending an hour here. I continue to attend personal training sessions with her weekly and attend the many small group fitness classes that is offered here. I was always afraid of fitness classes however, once I started attending them here, you get to know the other attendees who are always encouraging eachother along the way. It's really a lovely community to be a part of! Perfect Union has always made safety and sanitation a TOP priority. Everyone is social distanced and equipment is sanitized after each class. Strict pandemic protocols are always followed. Just all around amazing place! Cannot recommend enough for beginners and experienced alike.
