Experiencia fantástica: Staff and trainers provide great customer service and are attentive to the needs of the customers. Everyone of the Basecamp staff provide a high level of service. No question or situation goes unresolved. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone gets the most out of their training sessions. The trainers keep us motivated and in form throughout the classes Each trainer brings their unique style of coaching to the class. Trainers understand their clients well enough to know when to push. The classes have people of varying fitness levels and the trainers manage to give everyone what they want and need to get out of the class. Never been to any other studios but our trainers kick butt, literally and figuratively. The facilities are brand new and provide enough room and equipment for every class participant.
