He has created an environment that may otherwise be intimidating for someone entering who is just starting out or recommiting to fitness. As a mother of two with a busy career Chris and the community at Legacy go out of there way to help inspire you and help you achieve the goals you want to achive. The gym is always clean, equipment is well maintained and plentyfull. Chris truly is invested in the community Legacy serves and believes in a higher purpose giving back in a full spectrum for better health and well being. If you want dead end workouts this isnt the place for you. If you want results get it and join!

I used to go to Vent and Planet Fitness and this is so much better. The owner Chris is excellent and always there to coach or help build you a personalized plan. This place rocks!!!

He’s very respectful and knowledgeable with his clients. He’s set me up with new better eating diets and nutritional supplements. He’s fixed my body posture and made my form incredible!
