Experiencia positiva: It's a great gym, but be sure to ask about gym rules especially with having kids back by the equipment. For months we attended the gym with our toddler and no workers mentioned any rules about what he can or can't do. They were always very friendly and welcoming ...except for one worker (I thought she was just a member; she did not clarify that she actually worked there) who was very strict and publicly humiliated me and my son. She was incredibly rude and did not handle the situation appropriately. I still didn't know there were any rules about having a child back by the gym equipment until I inquired by email later that day. I don't have any problem with abiding by rules, that's fine. I just wasn't aware of what the rules were. Again, it's a great gym but that experience was enough to make me and my husband uncomfortable with returning. My intention with this review isn't to make any drama (I understand I am in the wrong with letting my kid explore the equipment even though I was extremely careful) I just want to help other members and potential members avoid having the same experience I did.
