Experiencia fantástica: I discovered Thiary, Chris & Built Body Fitness (BBF) last year in September. While my main goal hasn’t been to loose weight rather to get stronger and have an active lifestyle, the weight loss has definitely been a bonus. I love the atmosphere that Thiary and Chris create at BBF. The work outs are all programmed to each individual and the knowledge Thiary and Chris have is amazing! Even with a group training you still feel like they are there to help only you. There’s no other gym I’ll recommend!
