F45 Training Scarsdale

I've been coming to the workouts for the last couple of years and nothing beats F45 (especially when you consider the cost relative to a personal trainer). Above all the community is super supportive and Andrew is absolutely wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: F45 has been life changing for me. I started Jan 3rd of this year and have already lost 12 pounds. My husband convinced me to join and has been a member for over one year. The coaches are amazing and always motivating me to push myself harder. The owner Andrew is super sweet and has also been encouraging. As a physician, this is the workout I need to keep me strong and in shape. All you need to do is show up and you will get a 45 minute fun and challenging class each and every time. The gym is very clean. If you are looking to be healthy and get a phenomenal workout, then you need to check out F45 Scarsdale. You won’t regret it!!

Experiencia fantástica: F45 Scarsdale is not a gym. It is a great experience. The location is very convenient, easy to get to with lots of parking. The gym itself is really neat and always clean. The staff is great, very professional, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and always ready to help and instruct. Workouts are different every day, making it interesting and fun to attend. It is important to note that workouts are very intense and demanding yet only last 45 minutes. Being able to get an intense workout in 45 minutes, with awesome people and great instructors, is an experience I highly recommend to anyone!
