The coaches are excellent and passionate. he CrossFit programming is top notch. There are two separate areas in this gym for CrossFit classes and Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. Whether you are brand new to any of these movements or experienced, you will fit right in.

Experiencia fantástica: CF12866 is one of the “newer” gyms in the Saratoga area but has been there for a year and has a fantastic community of people both local and from afar! Friday night Barbell Club is always a blast and I always feel welcomed and at home here! Highly recommend!
