Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been attending this gym for a little over a month now and I am so thankful that a place exists like this in the Wilton/Saratoga area. I love that it’s a smaller environment as it’s not overwhelming to a beginner such as myself; but yet they have everything you’d need as a pro gym goer. I appreciate the one-on-one time the gym owners take with you to go over your physical wellness and coming up with a workout routine tailored to your abilities. And they want you to check in with them to see if you can improve and/or change up your routine if you feel you are accomplishing those goals. I’ve been to the Y and Planet Fitness and I have to say Saratoga Health & Wellness is far superior. It’s a low key, friendly and calm place to do your workout. You don’t feel like people are watching or judging you. Plus the location couldn’t be more ideal and the parking is ample. Thank you Mike & Nick for creating such a wonderful place to workout. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.

They are well educated, knowledgeable, and experienced exercise physiologists and will help you achieve your goals-better fitness, weight loss and overall health. Best of all, they do it with a smile and sense of humor - simply the best!

Experiencia positiva: On the smaller side. Wasn't very packed. They do day passes which is great if you're on the go. I'd definitely go back if you're on vacation and need to get a lift in.

Experiencia fantástica: THIS GYM HAS PERSONALITY. NICK-MIKE-COLLEEN. COME TRY IT FOR A WEEK FREE AND YOU WILL JOIN. ALSO IT'S CLEAN AND WELL VENTILATED. PLENTY OF NEW EQUIPMENT. IT MAKES EXERCISE ALMOST FUN.
