Experiencia fantástica: I dropped in here for a week and the new facility, location, and coaches were all excellent! The box was clean, well equipped with new equipment, and the community of members and coaches were incredibly friendly and open to drop-ins! I highly recommend this box to anyone local or dropping in! I can't wait to return to drop-in!

Experiencia fantástica: Welcoming atmosphere, great workouts, and so easy to book online as a drop-in while visiting from NY! Co-owner Olivia is an inspirational powerhouse. Marco is also a helpful and conscientious coach. Wish I had more time here to get to know the whole team! Location is unbelievably convenient to main stretch of hotels. It will be even more amazing when the renos are all done, which will be soon. Drop in and try, you won't regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience! My two daughters and I are vacationing in Sarasota and we were looking for a fun workout. Seaward CrossFit was so accommodating! Easy to sign up as a guest. Marco was so professional and welcoming! He gave us great tips since we are new to CrossFit. I would recommend anyone in Sarasota or visiting to sign up!
