Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Definition Fit since they opened. The gym is clean, organized and full of state-of-the-art equipment. The trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly and always finding new ways to challenge me. I love my Def Fit family! :-)

Experiencia fantástica: Truly the most knowledgeable certified trainers who really work to motivate and keep variety in the workouts without being complicated. Even when I am in a group class I feel as tho I am getting personal individual training. The gym is impeccably clean, the workouts always start and finish on time and offer packages for any budget. You won't find a better gym than this in Sarasota!

Experiencia fantástica: Def fit is more like family than just a gym. The trainers are some of the best in Sarasota. There is literally a class or personal trainer that matches any skill level, age, or workout preference. Some of my faves are Dave and Chase. Check them out!
