F45 Training Santee

Experiencia fantástica: The F45 Santee is great! I was visiting from out of town and so I have been to a couple locations and the first thing you’ll notice about this location is it is MASSIVE. There is plenty of space between stations. Super clean, brightly lit and well ventilated! The coaches were awesome too! Thanks for having me & looking forward to coming back next time I’m in town!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about F45 and the quality of workouts you get here. Having a career that relies on you being in good condition to perform optimally; F45 delivers on that plus some! The coaches are amazing and know their stuff and the people are great and friendly. I train everyday for my job and I am also in half marathon shape and still get a great workout every time I come here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if looking to better your health.

The way the workouts are planned makes it go by quickly but also works you out. Glad I decided to give this place a try.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the vibe at f45 Santee. The coaches are super encouraging and strive for perfection in your form. I love the community atmosphere experience. Once your session is done, don't forget to high five! Lastly, I still get confused when rotating stations, but attendees always try to help.

Experiencia fantástica: Joined the 6 week challenge, needed to dive in and get my body back in shape. I love the classes, instructors, music, and the layout of the room. The screens are super helpful! As I am getting back to shape, the instructors are ready to assist me with modifications so that I can still get the burn. Excited about the rest of journey!
