Experiencia fantástica: I was so excited when the gyms opened back up and we could work out inside. I have become completely addicted to this place, the vibe, the trainers and the music. I absolutely love that it is different every day, that it is 45 minutes, and because we are actively working the entire time, I am happy with the results. I recommend this to anyone just getting started or even advanced. It can fit any level of fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: Best work out/gym in town! Finally found “my thing”! The community, coaches and variety of work outs has me excited to go to the gym! Every day is a new class whether cardio or resistance based, and I just show up and follow along and get a GREAT workout in 45 minutes. Can’t beat it! Experiencia fantástica: Just signed up for the two weeks offer to try it out, I did two classes so far and I am thrilled, this is exactly what am looking for: quick, intense and organized training. Instructions on the TV screen is huge plus, and having a timer countdown tells you exactly what to do and when. Huge benefit over scouting for the trainer to see what to do and when. Highly recommended.
