F45 Training North Santa Rosa

Experiencia fantástica: I joined F45 in April 2021 and I love it! In the past, I would join a gym and never go. But with F45 North Santa Rosa I am excited to make it to class and workout with their amazing team! The members and trainers all have such great energy which makes the workout fun!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined and couldn't be happier! With two trainers for about 12 people for the class I usually go to, I sometimes feel like I have my own personal trainers. The trainers stay with you, they guide you, and they motivate you. The equipment is excellent- the best of everything.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member since November 2019 and have had nothing but the best experience. The owners, workouts and community are the best I have found. I have not only met my personal goals, but have witnessed so many members do the same. My mental and physical health are the best ever. Besides that, I have fun every time I go!

Experiencia fantástica: The trainers/owners are the most genuine people I have ever met. They care deeply about each person and go out of their way to build relationships. The atmosphere of constant encouragement and motivation from the team at this F45 is amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The classes are constantly changing and everyone is friendly and encouraging. Very clean and outdoors gym during this crazy COVID 2020 times. Super professional and always fun!

Experiencia fantástica: F45 changed my life for the better. I hadn’t been serious about working out in a very long time, but after finding this gym, it has gotten me serious about my fitness again. Chris and Melissa are amazing and make you feel like family. Chris constantly works with everyone very personally and makes sure your form is perfect and you are being pushed to continue to grow in your fitness abilities. Results are noticeable very quickly and now I crave going to the gym.I love how good I feel throughout the day because of it. Their level of care for each patron and personal training throughout each session is unmatched. They have implemented amazing safety and sanitizing protocols for the gym, as well as nice tents and heaters for the colder weather, which have made it very comfortable. I wish I found it sooner!
