Experiencia fantástica: A locally owned and operated gem that we're lucky to have. Gym with weight machines, personal trainers, physical therapy, nutritional consultations, and my favorite, fitness classes including boot camp and TRX. Their staff really care about you and your fitness journey. So much better than those chains moving into the area. Keep it local and support this place folks!!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has a good number of exercise machines that provide exercises for a wide range of muscle groups. Also, there are both cardio and strength training equipment throughout the gym. While I'm there I see members being responsible by sanitizing the equipment after they're done using it.
