Whether you are coming in because of an injury or illness or just toe work on your strength and flexibility, she is the woman to help you reach your goals. The studio is beautiful and was just remodeled. And the other clients make it a friendly, fun, and welcoming atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. I took 2 classes here, and wish I had found this place way sooner. Taught with the classical style of pilates, Suzi gives you such personal attention in the group class that you feel like you are in a private lesson. I was so sore in my abs after the first class, it felt great. Since I am here rehabbing an ACL surgery as well, it is very important to me and comforting that I am getting modifications for certain exercises. On top of all that, the parking lot is huge, and the space is very easy to get to. It is super clean and the energy in the room is great. I really like the soft music being played as well. Highly recommended!!!!!!
